A bit about me?
I was born in 1976 and have been on a lifelong quest to discover the formula for feeling at my best. Biology and chemistry aren’t just sciences to me – they’re magic that I weave into every day of my life. I’ve traveled across Ukraine, Europe, and the UK, gathering the secrets of balanced nutrition and finding answers to the questions we all ask: how can we stay healthy and happy in today’s world?
Mission
My mission with Future Smart Food is to help everyone find health, energy and balance in modern life. I create "smart" nutritional solutions that solve real problems: fatigue, lack of time for healthy habits, the need to maintain strength and concentration. My project Future Smart Food is about access to simple, convenient solutions for those who want to live better, keeping their health a priority.
My life is a path of discoveries, transformations and inspiration. In my youth, I did not always appreciate the resources of my body, often ignoring the signals it gave me. I grew up believing that genetics was fate and tried to come to terms with what I got. But thanks to the meeting with incredible people who opened up new technologies in food for me, I realized that changes are possible.
This new knowledge helped me realize how important it is to take care of my body and how good food choices can significantly affect our well-being and energy. I began to study more deeply how exactly nutrition interacts with our cells, and this became the impetus for changes in my life. Today, I strive to pass on this experience to others, inspiring people on the path of health and harmony with their own bodies.
